To request pricing for select employees, simply ask them to register on app.holten.ca and provide their email addresses to your sales rep at Holten Impex. Please note that prices aren't shown by default to protect sensitive and confidential information. Once registered and enabled, pricing is visible by clicking/tapping on any product. Negative quantity means commitments outnumber current stock. While we wait for our overseas shipment, you may place an order to reserve the stock. Available quantity and overseas shipment may include multiple lots, committed stock, backorder and special-order quantity and will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. If the estimated time of arrival is to be determined, then the product hasn't been loaded onto the ship or left the port. No ETA can be determined unless the product leaves the port first. To learn more about our app, go to Menu > How To > Portal.

You may experience a longer than usual ship out date if the material is required from other warehouses or we are waiting on inventory to arrive from overseas. Be sure to check online on the inventory status prior to ordering, Inventory under “other” warehouses would require transit to our distribution center prior to ship out. Products may not be available on the portal for several reasons. It may be a new line launch, a product sold exclusively in our retail stores, or an discontinued item. If you are looking for a particular product and can not find it on the portal please contact your sales rep from Holten Impex or our Customer Service Team.
